Shehri Kisaan® manufactures high quality Organic Manures, Fertilizers, Enriched Vermicomposts & Soil Amendments. We also import premium quality Water Soluble Fertilizers, Multi Micronutrients, Chelated Micronutrients, Plant Growth Regulators & Soil Conditioners.

Shipping –
How to place an order? / I wasn’t able to add products to cart on the website. How can I place the order now? 

For placing an order with us, browse through our various collections or categories, visit particular page or product of your interest and add your products to the cart. On the checkout page choose the preferred payment method and you done!

If there’s some problem in buying from our online store, you can WhatsApp at 9711219356 (Official WhatsApp Customer Care Number) with the product(s) name and quantity required. We will take note of your order details, shipping address and payment method.

How will you ship my order to me? 

All the orders get dispatched via our shipping partners- Delhivery, Ecom Express, ExpressBees, Bluedart and other reputed transport and logistics companies.

How long until I receive my order? 

We dispatch the order within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Based on your location, the courier services take 3-5 days in delivering the parcel from the time of order dispatch. This information will also be available on the direct tracking link that would be shared on the receipt and confirmation of your order.

What do I do if I receive something other than what was ordered? 

We do our best to ensure that the order reaches you in the best shape. In case you receive a package with missing items or incorrect items, please reach us WhatsApp at 9711219356 (Official WhatsApp Customer Care Number).

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently ship within India only. Shipping seeds outside India require an application for the export permit and can be facilitated on demand for bulk orders.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the product received? 

Our products are tested and stored in a regulated facility. They are packaged once they meet all criteria of quality assurance as per Government of India.

What if I want to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped? 

The delivery address can only be modified within 1 working day, before the order is shipped and not at a later stage.

What are the payments methods available/ What are my payment options?

We accept payments made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking and bank transfer. You can also pay cash on delivery for the charge of INR 50. Please write to us at info@shehrikisaan.com if you want to opt for NEFT for bulk orders.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, cash on delivery is available for the charge of INR 50.

Can I get a refund? If yes, what is the procedure for that?

Yes, you can get a refund. Please refer to the ‘Returns policy’ for complete information.

Can I pay in any other currency than rupees?

We ship within India and can accept transactions made in INR only.

Changes in Order –
Is there a provision to change my billing address? 

Yes, the billing address can change within 1 day of placing the order for all COD orders. Contact us at info@shehrikisaan.com or 9711219356 for updating the billing address.

Can I change my delivery address?

How do I request an item back in stock?

For how long can I store your products before they are used?

For most of our products, the expiry would be mentioned on the product label. It is a good general practice to keep agricultural products in sealed condition, away from direct sunlight and in a cool dark environment.

You should also refer to the details mentioned on the pack and more information can be found at either the product page from where you bought on www.shehrikisaan.com and further more details can be explored at our education site www.shehrikisaan.in.

Seeds Related –
Do the seeds come with an expiry date? What if I do not plant them all at once?

Yes, we mention the date of expiry on the back side of every packet. Once the packet is opened, seeds should be stored in an airtight container or sown immediately. This will ensure that their germination ability is not affected.

Do you sell genetically modified seeds? 

A large seed variety is available at Shehri Kisaan®. If they are GMO seeds, it would be mentioned on the product listing page in clear and easy to understand language.

Are your seeds organic?

SHEHRI KISAAN seeds are not organic. They are pure varieties traditionally produced using open pollination methods. They are non-hybrid and GMO-free.

Do you have a physical store? 

No, we operate only via our online store for retail buyers. Farmers can visit us at our Greater Noida farms for various product and farming discussions or issues. Shehri Kisaan® does not have a physical store for sale and purchase purposes for retail buyers.

Will I get a refund if my order was not successful but a transaction was made on my card? 

Yes, the amount deducted will be refunded to your account from which the amount was debited.

Can I create an account in your store, if yes, are there any perks of creating an account on SHEHRI KISAAN? 

Yes, there is a provision to sign-up and have a separate customer account. The benefits of creating an account on SHEHRI KISAAN include discounts and exclusive updates.

Is it safe to purchase  from your store? Are your website and transaction system certified?

We ensure that there is no security breach and your transaction details are completely safe with us. We have employed an encrypted certified payment system to ensure complete safety.

Can I send products as a gift to someone? 

Yes, you can send any product to anyone within India, just use their Shipping Address and mention any special notes while placing your order.
