1. Introduction

Shehri Kisaan® is a farmer’s cooperative aiming to connect the entire agricultural supply chain, from production to marketing and selling. We manufacture and import a variety of agricultural products, including organic manures, fertilizers, and soil conditioners. Our mission is to enhance the quality of produce and improve the lives of farmers through education, innovation, and competitive practices.

2. Use of Website

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the site, its users, or the services provided. This includes but is not limited to, uploading harmful content, hacking, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Shehri Kisaan® website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shehri Kisaan® or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our site without our express written permission.

4. Product Information and Orders

Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and provide a refund for any amounts paid.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Nationwide Shipping: We offer shipping services across India. Delivery times and costs are provided at checkout.
Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier company will hold the package for 3 days before returning it to our office. Customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to failed delivery attempts.
Change of Address: Any requests to change the delivery address after the order has been processed will incur an additional charge.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns: You can return products within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original condition. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9711219356 to initiate a return. The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the sender and is non-refundable.
Exchanges: To exchange a product, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9711219356. You must return the original product in its unused condition with price tags and packaging intact. The sender will bear the shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned products. Refunds, excluding shipping costs, will be initiated within 20 days of receiving the products. Complete refunds, including shipping, are only processed for wrong items sent.

7. Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9711219356 within 1 day of placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be entertained. Shehri Kisaan® reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

Shehri Kisaan® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our site or services is limited to the amount paid by you for the products in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site and services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
