Delivery Attempts and Instructions:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or if the customer is not available at the provided address, the courier company will hold the package for 3 days before returning it to the Shehri Kisaan office. To avoid this, please provide any specific delivery instructions, such as leaving the package with a neighbor, in the special instructions box during the order placement. If no instructions are provided, any additional charges incurred due to a failed delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Safety of Goods:
Customers can request the goods to be left at the address without a signature, but only if they are confident that the package will remain secure. Shehri Kisaan and the courier company cannot be held liable for any loss of goods in such cases.
Change of Delivery Address:
Once the order has been processed and dispatched, any request to change the delivery address will incur an additional charge.
For prepaid orders, we strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our Customer Service team will confirm the order amount and address details before dispatching the order within 24 – 48 hours.
To cancel an order, please submit a written request via WhatsApp on 9711219356 within 1 day of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be entertained. Shehri Kisaan reserves the right to cancel any order as well.
You can return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving the shipment, provided they are in their original condition. To initiate a return, please Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9711219356. The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the sender and is non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange a purchased item, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9711219356 to inform us of the issue and the product you would like in exchange. Before receiving the exchanged product, you will need to send the original product back to the specified dispatch office. The sender will bear the shipping costs, which can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. After inspecting the product for its unused condition with price tags and packaging intact, the exchange item will be dispatched.
To request a refund, please notify us in writing, preferably by email, mentioning the order number, product name, and bank details. Refunds, excluding the shipping amount, will be initiated after the products are received and examined at our warehouse to ensure they are in their original purchase condition without visible signs of use or damage. A complete refund, including the shipping amount, is processed only in the case of a wrong item being sent. Refunds may take up to 20 days to be processed from our end, depending on your bank’s processing time.
